Pros
New CEO, David Chang, has been a breath of fresh air. He has made a clear effort to improve the company but it's most likely too late. Wish he joined our cause sooner. Not really a Gradifi perk but our parent company, First Republic Bank, has amazing benefits. Tuition Reimbursement, Birthday Day-Off, High Minimum Wage and much much more. Highly recommend working there if you can.
Cons
Lack of Career Growth - Biggest con. "High Growth" isn't the case. The company isn't growing as expected and promotions are very very rare. The company has been losing employees in droves. Sudden changes and apparent cost cutting measures are causing dread and uncertainty. Low Morale / Poor Culture
