Bleeding-edge technology, brilliant co-workers, excellent advisors from academia, industry, government. A lot of potential.
Cons
Small company, few established processes, no such thing as "someone else's job".

Pros
People here are genuinely smart and passionate about the technology. There's a lot of expertise and deep experience in different areas, and the product is genuinely cool and interesting to work on. I'm having a lot more fun working here than I have at my previous two companies.
Cons
Couple of things -there's a heavy workload expectation. The leadership works all the time and doesn't always understand work-life balance (although does accommodate family-related needs. Communication from the leadership is also a little rough. Brilliant and skilled but not the type of people you'd want to have a beer with.
