I have been working at GradRight for 2 years now and I am incredibly grateful for the support and respect I have received as a woman in the organization. GradRight has truly demonstrated its commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment. As a mother to a Four-year-old and currently expecting my second child, I have experienced firsthand the company’s flexibility and understanding. When I requested a hybrid work arrangement to balance my professional and personal responsibilities, GradRight promptly accommodated my needs. Furthermore, during my pregnancy, the company has been very supportive, allowing me to work from home due to medical reasons. Additionally, within a year, I received a significant increment based on my performance. This not only motivated me to continue delivering my best but also reaffirmed the company's commitment to recognizing and rewarding hard work and dedication. The respect and support I have received from GradRight have been exceptional. It is reassuring to be part of an organization that genuinely cares about its employees' well-being. I am delighted to share my positive experience working at Gradright, where I have had the privilege of being a part of for the past two years. I have worked in many places over the last 13 years and I have not seen such a genuine place before. Every founding team member is exceptionally committed to doing its best for each and every employee. They deeply care about the junior, admin and support staff and treat people equally. I would like to share my appreciation of Aman Singh, who is the CEO of the company, for his humility and leadership. He is always honest and true with every person in the organisation and deeply cares about people and especially about junior and support staff members. All senior members are passionate about making the company successful and work very hard. We all try to get better every day in their areas of work, whether it is how we take care of team members or keep the office and washrooms clean or take care of indoor plants or how we take care of guests and senior leaders who visit the office.
