43% positive business outlook
Pros
Pros are the residents you help and also the hours. Shifts were 8 hrs, but plenty of overtime offered.
Cons
Pay is lower than elsewhere, benefits weren't great either. There's no room for advancement.
Pros
None. None. None. None. None. How's that for a 5 word minimum?
Cons
Unmanageable work load No support No work/life balance No security No ability to move up Horrible "benefits"
Pros
honestly, i dont have any pros for working under this company
Cons
my experience with this company was frustrating. their systems were antiquated and in need of series updates as was their employee handbooks and training. the amount of work expected versus the pay and terrible benefits package just wasnt worth the hardship. overall horrible experience with the company.
Pros
Good HR, hours and benefits
Cons
Very religious, not a con, but can be overwhelming if you are not a believer
Pros
None- honestly the worst company I have ever worked for
Cons
The company is very antiquated- Policies and procedures that haven't been updated in years, a regional team that has less training and knowledge than most people at the remote sites, systems that were new 10 years ago. I have worked in this industry for a long time and of all the senior care management companies, this was by far the worst. Horrible regionals that are out of touch with their buildings, zero support from home office in regards to issues and timely resolution of inquiries, NO training for new buildings that they take over (just a spiral notebook and a "here is everything you need to know" from the company) before you're let lose and expected to perform. Not only that but mediocre pay and horrible benefits. There was no reason to stay on with the company at all.
Pros
Good Health benefits , some what fair work conditions
Cons
To much drama between staff and management
Pros
A paycheck to feed your family.
Cons
The management could care less if staff was overloaded. They ignore request for help while residents suffer. The benefits are so expensive that not even the highest paid can afford them. The facility is dirty(filthy dirty & stinks) as well as outdated to allow for decent care. So called management makes sure they leave the facility for lunch when their employees have to say they took one but were not able. Those who become one of them, will have a job forever. If you can't stoop to their level, this is not a place for you to be employed. Don't be fooled. This company is not looking for "values" in an employee. They are looking for puppets without a conscious or brain.
Pros
Some residents are really nice.
Cons
They can't keep ANYONE, from directors to CNA's. Everything is broken. Certain responsibilities are being done by departments that have no business AT ALL doing. Pay is a joke, benefits are even more of a joke. This company is VERY pathetic. And I feel bad for the residents, paying from 5k - 10k for small apartments that aren't barely worth $1,500 a month.
