5yIt really is a shame that you decided to voice your opinion on Glassdoor rather than work through issues that concern you. Due to the pandemic, half of our team is working remote and the other half is working out of the office. We have also reduced our management footprint. Maybe this is what you consider to be the treatment you referenced. It doesn't take much courage, actually none at all, to be a keyboard warrior and vent in an environment where you don't have to backup your allegations. This concerns me. Why? because the issues that bother you will never get resolved, and that doesn't sit well with me. If at any point you wish to discuss your grievances and work towards a solution, you will have all my attention. Otherwise, I wish you well.
