Pros

Management wants all the employees to be Billionaires by staying with this company for long.

Cons

1. Non technical managers/Entrepreneurs running Bangalore office. 2. Managers often uses idiotic quotes like "It's not Rocket science" and expect employees to implement new technology in unrealistic deadlines which is given without employees consent. 3. No work-life balance, company expects you to work for them even in your personal time & on leaves with no extra benefits and facilities. 4. Need to fight for your basic rights 5. No transparency between management and employees, Management hardly says any truth or documents whatever it says. 6. Less pay and more work. 7. High level of micromanagement. HR to Employee ratio is 12 which is too high, HRs in Bangalore office spend most of their time to Spy on employees than recruiting. 8. Management is reluctant to accept any suggestion from employees.

Pros

I can't think of anything. NOTE: All these good reviews here are too good to be true. Guessing the management might have put that up themselves.

Cons

1. Leave policy sucks - They have a weird leave policy. You don't even get one sick leave per month. Forget it. Even if have enough leaves, you can't avail them. Asking for leave is nearly impossible. They make it so difficult. They don’t respond to your leave emails and when you go talk in person, they will make it so difficult that the employee have to literally beg for it. I do not understand if they hear it as TWO MONTHS when the employees say TWO DAYS! 2. They Overwork Employees - They overload the employees with too much work and it feels as being punished for great performance. 3. They don’t recognise employees - They don’t value the employees for their work. They won’t acknowledge or appreciate the handwork. 4. There is no concept of commendable wage - They do not pay the employees right. They claim to make good profit but the employees are not benefited. 5. NO fun at work - Whatever they call fun is not fun. All their fun activities happen after work hours or on a weekend and they call it fun at work. If you work at client location, forget it! But client locations are way better. 6. HR is joke - First of all there is no proper HR in the company. The so called ‘HR’ speaks to the employees like how teacher speak to students in school. The HR literally shouts, orders and threatens the employees here. The HR doesn't care about the employees. I don’t think the HR department has any brain of their own. They are very good at one thing - threatening and blackmailing the employees. They don’t know how to talk to employees. 7. There is no transparency - They keep things a secret here. They are not transparency. If someone resigns they threaten them not to reveal it to the co-workers. Until the last day of the employee one won't know it. No one will know who is leaving when. Suddenly, the person sitting next to you might say “today is my last day”. Specially if that person belongs to your own team, you will be shocked as all the work of that person gets dumped on you. They don’t believe in knowledge transfer and preparing the team before an employee leaves. 8. Unprofessionalism - The management is very unprofessional. They talk as if the employee is surviving because of them and as if no one in the world is better than them. They don’t understand that the they need the employees more than the employee needing them. 9. Everything here is marketing - When you join you will realise that everything here is marketing. Everything! What is promised or told in the interview is a way to get you in the company. DO NOT FALL FOR IT! Note: If you are looking for a job in Marketing then you definitely have a great scope. 10. No Pantry - They don’t have a pantry inside the company. You are not allowed to bring food items or beverages inside the workspace. Yes! They let you have water. 11. Break time - You get warnings if you go on a long breaks. You can’t get coffee or tea inside the wing. It doesn’t matter to them how long you stay and work and it doesn’t matter that no matter what the employee finishes the work. All that matters to them is the time the employees are in the office. Obviously you will also have to finish the work. If not, don’t even imagine the drama. But no one will question if the employee stays longer than the work hours. There is no compensation provided if an employee is working extra hours but, if an employee leaves early, half a day is gone. 12. Cost cutting - Everything is about cost cutting. They hardly have about 60 employees and they can’t even celebrate their birthdays separately. Birthdays that fall every quarter is celebrated. 13. Trust - Work relationship is built on trust. They do not trust the employees. 14. Can’t voice out opinion - You cannot question anything. If you do, you will be yelled at or fired. 15. Canteen - The canteen sucks. The food in the canteen sucks and they don’t really bother. It is an headache of an employee if they do not like the food.

Pros

It is a good place to start of you career, but stay longer and you are in for doom. As a fresh person opportunities are good they treat you well, ensure you feel good. Growth opportunities are good due to the intense nature of work initially but all changes quickly.

Cons

- No trust - No transparency - Very little leaves (Working on public holidays as well) - No overtime payments - Threats to any opinion voiced out - Mostly no work, so usually working on some internal work with no significance - No possibility of learning, if you have free time as they dump useless work on your head - Management is always trying to emotionally blackmail you - No appreciation for work well done - Very one-sided towards few employees who keep praising them - Overload of work due to lack of employees - No replies to mail requests for leaves or for anything unless they like it or its in their advantage.
