      Great Culture. Servant Leadership philosophy demonstrated by CEO. Large system with career advancement opportunities.

      Cons

      Some areas are understaffed. Hospital Facility therefore open 24/7 including holidays.

      Good benefits with friendly staff; hospital provides lots of medical procedures Flexible with schedules and room for advancement

      Always changing and it is very fast paced... ER can be very packed
