Pros

Because our branch just started and the management is quite flexible, you have more opportunity to try out new things and grow.

Cons

There is some serious miscommunication between the management and the staffs. I think it's the culture, but people should voice out what the problem is. Otherwise all the good people will leave the company.

Pros

Because it is a company where you can grow professiionally and can have very good experience to boost your careeer.

Cons

My problem with the company is that it doesn't pay well, sometimes employees feel very discouraged because no financial incentive is created to keep their efficiency.
