Pros

Benefits are good and include a lot of free food. If you're lucky, you get to go to tournaments and maybe meet players.

Cons

The people there are really mean and catty. Felt like I was back in the high school lunch room with clicks. Also, office is in a terrible location.

Some of the people actually creating content are great!

Cons

Management, especially middle management are horrible people. HR department does nothing but protect management despite numerous complaints and supposed outside, unbiased third party reporting system. Nepotism, Ageism, Discrimination Issues throughout company. BAD managers who actually do little while others work hard and long to get content to air. Lots of management's :friends" making good money and getting great raises while majority passed over. Upper management simply does not care.
