Nice people, but unfortunately so many of them are wasting their lives away on the false promise of riches

Cons

Work you to the bone with the guarantee of 'work hard and you'll be super rich'. Tells you to cut out anyone who doesn't believe in your job, you only need your collegues. Entire program is built to make you work so hard that you are too tired to reflect on what you are doing. I was working part time so fortunately had the space and time to reflect on what was happening and realised I was being recruited into someones pyramid scheme. No money to be made here. Run for the hills.

if you're good at sales and extremely motivated, you might make it

Cons

constant toxic competition, no base salary, made to work outside in the snow and sleet in winter and came home with no money at the end of the day because couldn't make a sale in those conditions
