Pros
The work/life balance isn't bad, and the hours are slightly flexible. Coworkers were friendly. They will hire just about anybody who can draw breath, and knows a little about design or coding, so if you are desperate to get your first job as a web developer, then working here for a few months might be an acceptable option.
Cons
The heat went out in the middle of winter for a few weeks. The air conditioner went out in the middle of summer for a week or two. The roof leaked. Sinus infections were common. The bathrooms were small and poorly ventilated. Pay was below average. Benefits were below average. If you aren't a member of the Goedeker family, your career growth is capped. Morale is low. The rate of employee turnover is insane -- it is common for people to leave after a few months.
