Pros

Every day is different—there’s never a dull moment. It’s great to be part of an organisation that donors and local communities trust to get things done. It's the real deal in that regard. It has a very good reputation on the ground.

Cons

There is no work life balance. That can depend on who your manager is, and you can be shielded a bit, but overall a lot of personal time is eaten into on a very frequent basis. Also, little opportunity for promotion internally even with all that overtime and consistently acknowledged high performance.
