Current leadership is highly engaged with employees and customers. They really listen and are proactively working to steer the company in a positive direction. The manager level is amazing - they really look out for their teams and work hard to create opportunities for growth. The product is the best in the market and everyone at the company cares deeply about the customers.

Cons

It was bumpy for a few years and the prior leadership didn't have a finger on the pulse of the k-12 market. There is still residual mistrust leftover from that era that can be difficult to shake.
