Dishonest. Evil. Manipulative. Vengeful.

Pros

There are absolutely no pros to working for this man.

Cons

Stuart Moss is a very angry human being who hasn't a clue about business ethics. I was hired as a Web Developer and Graphic Designer, and I stayed with Stuart Moss for what became the worst 2 years of my professional career. Stu will paint a very welcoming picture of your future. He will make many, MANY promises to you. However, everything Stu Moss says is a lie. He will tell you that he plans on retiring very soon, and you will reap the benefits of taking over his "clientele." On a daily basis, Stuart Moss subjected me to homosexual pornography, Craigslist emails on the company server from random men looking for sex, ridicule, abuse, favoritism, manipulation, judgement, sexism, dishonesty, threats, and on and on and on. I was repeatedly asked to put client work aside to create graphics and PowerPoint presentations, that Stu Moss would use for his church, as a "mentor" for others struggling with addiction. Then, I would be verbally condemned in front of clients and coworkers for not meeting that deadline. Stuart Moss is an evil, vindictive man with a very dark and shameful history, and an even worse moral capacity. The best professional advice you can receive is to stay very clear of GoGetter Growth Partners and Stu Moss.

Pros

There were occasional opportunities to guide complex projects from ideation through to completion.

Cons

There was very little communication between managers, all of whom had their own agenda and would constantly undercut eachother in order to use employee resources for their own ends. Of course, in the long run, it was always the employees that would be blamed if deadlines weren't met, even though any degree of professionalism might have seen the managers working out a list of priorities between each other instead of just screaming at eachother while said employees were stuck awkwardly in the middle.
