Pros

Opportunity to work very closely with the products.

Cons

Highly unprofessional bunch of people. No focus on employee satisfaction. No work-life balance. They will call/message you to work even after 9 pm or whenever it suits them. Weekends aren't free either. If they tell you to work on Saturdays and Sundays, you can't say no. Very less salary offered as per the market standards.

1. Rude colleagues 2. 6 day work week, even if offer letter says otherwise 3. No timings, work even at 2 am 4. No respect for private life, expects you to be on toes 24 hrs 5. Micromanagement to its core 6. Founder would belittle employees and talk rudely in front of everyone, FREQUENTLY 7. Toll on mental health

Pros

The Domain: If you're new to the whole tech based audio domain, there is learning, provided that you make the effort to reach out to the various team that work towards creating the final product. Bereavement Leaves: Can consider this as progressive, although, such requests are met by a significant amount of speculation by the management

Cons

1. Non-Compliance: Maternity leaves are not as per the Maternity Benefit Act. The first 3 months are PARTIALLY PAID LEAVES. The remaining three months are a mandate work from home model, prior to which the concerned employee must physically report to office to prove association with the organization 2. Leaves: You get only 18 leaves in a year, which is a violation of the Factories' Act. And, there are no sick/casual leaves (Ridiculous!) 3. This is mentioned in the leave policy: "The company reserves the right to assign a medical practitioner to an employee who claims to be on leave due to illness, for verification purposes". How is this legal? 4. If you do not work more than 9 hours, well, you're a "bad" employee 5. The alarming rate of attrition in itself speaks volumes
