Pros
Homeweekends, flexible scheduleing, newer trucks, good routes and loads , mostly drop and hook. Mostly day driving as well.
Cons
Management and dispatch can be pushy and ignorant at times (not everyone but most), not home everynight or day. Maintenance department needs a complete overhaul and attitude adjustment. Start at the top

Pros
Probably the best balanced logistics company around. almost everything about this company is positive, as a driver I was very impressed with this company and thought that I would be happy here forever, but fell into disfavor due to a couple of disrespectful incidents from two individuals in the dispatch department. My recommendation would be to go to work here, but if you have problems don't quit, go to the top guy, ----, explain to him, I didn't and I regret it now.
Cons
The only downside is the attitude of a few people in the dispatch department. Accusations by ----- are based on one sided information, not on any conference with the driver, ---- does a good job of dispatch, but tends to get short tempered and angry unnecessarily, and disrespects drivers.
