Pros

•Work Vehicle •By yourself all day

Cons

Too many Cons to list all of them. (There’s so many issues, just ask any tech that works here) The main issue is the hours. They pay you a salary so they don’t have to pay overtime. Any day you may work until 8:30pm. You will work 50-60 hours every week with no paid overtime. The route management is terrible!! They will slam your routes full of stops and constantly add more throughout the day so that you don’t gain any ground. It makes this job way more stressful than it should be. Me and my family will celebrate when I leave this company. The work/life balance is horrible. If you have kids, you’re doing a disservice to your family by working here. The CEO inherited the company so he doesn’t care about the techs that are the lifeblood of the company. Also the COO is just close friends with the CEO so he has no clue how to actually manage people

Pros

The pay at this job is very good for what you do. Base salary is 3K a month and commission if you hit the quota will be at least another thousand

Cons

Corporate is taking over multiple branches and have unethical processes of training, sales, and how technicians are treated. Technicians are an afterthought and this company believes and preaches. The customer is always right, even when they are very wrong and the powers that be have nothing to do with it they just push off all of the hard work onto the technicians and don’t care how long they work for or what they have to do. Safety concerns are running rampant and you have to fight and plead with them to get proper protective equipment. in Virginia, you have to wear coveralls over your arms so you don’t get chemical burns from the poison and they don’t even provide those for you. They also want you to door-to-door knock yet won’t give you business cards and set you up for failure and looking incredibly unprofessional.
