      Pros

      Employees have freedom to work however they want as there is limited oversight. If you want to spend the rest of your career in the role you apply for, without any opportunity to move up the chain, it might be a good place.

      Cons

      Claim to be a "family" company but might not treat people fairly. Lots of challenges with the management structure. No career development opportunities. Stagnant salaries - not even basic cost of living adjustments.

      Staff are well treated, many have been here 20+ years Wide range of customers and products keep life interesting

      Company has been around for 40 + years, change is slow.
