      Everyone is always available to connect and help. Great coworkers. Excellent tech stack and amazing product technology. Flexible work hours and work from home. Good benefits and PTO. Management is always reachable. Growing rapidly , great potential to be next unicorn. Very limited meetings which is excellent.

      Cons

      Limited career growth internally. No One - One 's with each employee and management, I think they add great value to personal interaction.
