      Pros

      Very friendly atmosphere. They try to provide all the tools you need to learn new technologies and work on various projects. Mostly easy-going management, but there can be pressure on you if you are on critical projects.

      Cons

      No properly defined goals. Work that comes in is not that great but just enough to keep company making marginal profits. Some mangers are not fit for the role. No scope for growth or career improvement. Average salary compared to industry standards. Hoping things have changed a little after this company was acquired by CSS Corp.

      Pros

      Interview are simple. People are friendly. For people who like to travel this is a good place to work as for my position i was always travelling every 3-4 days

      Cons

      Manager sometimes was a bit harsh. Co-ordination between management was seemingly absent at times. Too much travel for my position.
