Leadership (C-Suite) is very sketchy and/or not fit for the position, not all, but a good handful. I mean they literally have people in positions who have zero experience in gaming running the show. It doesn't help that some are tenured because they're related to the former CEO, no matter how bad they do it's just a pat on the hand.
From my experience, leadership did nothing but lie and try to squeeze every ounce of work out of not only me but others as well that they possibly could. Whether it's lying about promotions, constantly piling work on employees even when it's outside of their job description, on that note I worked there for a long time and NOT ONCE did I ever receive a job description what so ever. Your essentially just expected to be a yes-man/woman and if you have a problem with it they'll find a way to get rid of you.
If you want to be worked to your last end and all you pretty much get is a "good job" and just the usual two-faced feedback then this is a great place to work.
The only true positives is that it's remote and within gaming and there are a ton of great employees outside of the majority of leadership.
