      Disorganized and directionless with a lack of business acumen.

      Relaxed atmosphere with little to no supervision.

      Cons

      The owner/CEO lacks direction, long term vision, and the ability to recognize quality personnel to guide the growth. No management structure, no chain of command, no protocol for hazardous materials handling, no back ground checks for employees handling deadly weapons. No preventative measures. Business practices include taking orders in the tens of thousands for products which are currently unavailable with no eta.

      Pros

      I've been there for a while. If you show up, get your work done, and contribute ideas actively to management — especially the CEO — you'll be rewarded. There's a ton going on and the building we moved into 2 and a half years ago is a huge improvement on the new one. Clean, bright, open work environment.

      Cons

      They're growing fast and have already outgrown their new warehouse. It can be difficult to be organized and often feels like we're trying to catch up! But that's better than the alternative.
