Pros

Clean, high tech environment, excellent management that appreciates us, benefits galore, 3 weeks PTO per year, company pays for individual health insurance, good camaraderie among the crews.

Cons

Most positions require you go first through a temp agency and it can often be many months before you're hired through Glock. Most temp agencies pay $10 per hour, then $11.50 after 90 days. Once hired by Glock the pay is significantly more.

Pros

Most of the workers are good people

Cons

Vast majority of the managers/ supervisors are clueless. Took away all bonuses, no more 4th of July picnic, Christmas party was in the warehouse. They average firing one person a day! Kept one temp on for 2 years before hiring her!

Pros

Glock is a great environment to work in.The employees are nice and friendly. The work is fairly easy and easy to get the hang of. You get to make guns parts and learn different models of guns

Cons

They mostly only hire through temp agencies and only pay $10 an hour. They will terminate you without reason or warning. Glock keeps a steady rotation of Temps so not many people are there very long so don't worry about learning names or making friends you will more then likely be gone in a few weeks or a month. FOR THOSE FEW that make it through 90 days most will not get hired as full time employees just long term Temps so no benefits will be paid and no raise in pay. Glock is a nice place to work while you are there but they are running a game to keep from paying benefits and higher wages to keep their cost down its a real shame because it's a great place other wise
