      Company is great. Energy is loud and exciting. Benefits are great. You have a playground to experiment in this age of innovation.

      Cons

      Not all groups are ready to bring their processes to 2026. finance and procurement score very poorly in updating their methods. when you also reach out for inquiries like on procurement, no response at all. finance and procurement is not business enabling, they cripple you before you even get a campaign or project started.

      Fair pay and benefits (salary, variable bonuses, SL & VL, convertible PTOs). Fast-paced environment (good for career build-up), hybrid set-up (but depends on management)

      Toxic due to negative work culture (unpaid OTs, expected to answer messages and calls past working hours, unpaid work on the weekends, poor leadership, frequent organization changes)

      Salary vs. Workload: While the benefits are excellent, the base salary often stays at an average market level. For the amount of work and dedication required, a more competitive basic pay would be a great improvement. Career Plateaus: Because people tend to stay for a very long time, movement into higher leadership roles can sometimes feel slow or competitive.
