Don't have work ethics

Pros

I don't think it has any pros as of now. They had few good clients, but now those relationships with clients is not there.

Cons

There are lot of cons in this company 1. The CEO itself dont have any ethics. It is daddy culture. He will cheat employee on face itself. 2. The managers are not good, they itself not efficient to handle projects. Bad in designing the models. 3. The office space is also very small. No amenities, rude behaviors in the office . 4. The location is not so friendly for eating outside, All the food stores are costly. 5. They have cheated few employees while leaving the company, They not give variable pay, or hike. 6. Percentage of hikes is also not good. 7. CEO got bad names with clients.

Pros

Friendly environment and supportive between the employees. Someone who wants to explore more on Informatica MDM, you can upgrade your stuff to additional level. Lot of new learning and training's will be provided.

Cons

Can extend the company bigger and provide more facilities to employees
