      Toxic - avoid at all costs

      Pros

      - Opportunity to gain useful skills across multiple departments - Lovely team (many who have now quit)

      Cons

      - Aggressive and incompetent senior team who micromanage everything - Fake 'caring culture' - they allow staff to work until burnout and offer no support - Driven only by money and commercialism at the expense of staff - Poor and (at times) concerning editorial decisions without explanation - Out-of-touch senior management - Regular overworking and over-responsibility for role/pay - Horrible and unprofessional treatment of freelance staff - Dire team morale, people quitting all the time

      - the people are great and hard working - people delivering great results despite senior management constantly bottlenecking everything

      Cons

      - pay way under industry average - constant micro management - Global's very big on the 'FEEL' message, but unfortunately they don't really care about your mental health at all. - 90% of managers are absolutely unfit to manage people. - Ashley Tabor-King and Stephen Mirron are completely out of touch with reality.
