Good pay and solid co-workers. Working for good causes.

Cons

Weird hours, slow climb to "real" promotions (multiple promotions are the same position you have except extra work and no extra compensation). Work culture and work/life balance are not ideal. High turnover rates.

Cons

Excessive driving with no gas compensation, lack of integrity in overhead, change of comp structure 3 times within one year, limited opportunity for advancement, scammy, always outside no matter the weather
