      Benefits, opportunity, island life, short term assignments, beautiful scenery

      Cultural Isolation, untrained staff, no directiin, sales staff is limited, tendancies to sabotage outsiders

      Pros

      Good products that are meant to help others.

      Cons

      No respect for the work-life-balance concept, though they preach it as if they believe it. Senior management is not dedicated to developing others. Poor leadership at the upper management level. No career path nor any concern from senior management about developing middle management.
