      Decent pay, yearly bonus.

      Cons

      Lack of structure, no career development, nepotism, ppl are advanced with no relevant skill set, no loyalty to employees & unprofessional behavior from management.

      Great starting point if you have no experience, and there are opportunities for advancement if you find favor with management. Business is going well.

      Cons

      Unprofessional behavior from management, poor communication, do not follow through with promises or project plans, unorganized, hostile and sexist work environment, and nepotism.
