a) You wont get an appointment letter, instead they will give you LOI. b) Nothing is disclosed properly (rules, allowances etc). c) Technically not up to the industry requirement. d) Data is not centralized & information flow is not proper. e) They will terminate you once project is completed. f) Finally make you feel that you have worked for such an organisation

Management is very unprofessional. My direct supervisor was a bully. On a daily basis, our team would discuss the scolding that whom ever had received that day. One of my coworkers forgot to include a column in a spreadsheet and was given an hour scolding on this. We worked as consultants to an organization and our client would witness management screaming at co-workers, in person and over the phone. Noticing conflict, I attempted to talk with management and work towards a resolution. This was met with additional controversy and a patronizing, condescending, and insulting response. I was then ignored for weeks. Not finding success here, I escalated the conversation higher. Rather than listening to my concerns, or even knowing what I wanted to discuss, I was terminated.
