Pros

This company has indirectly made my career. Please Note that it is indirectly. Center of city. Good Location. Startup culture.

Cons

1. Worst management . 2. Very very dirty politics. 3. Some (Oldest) employees will discourage new joiners to leave the company because of some reasons which I don't want to disclose. But they will not leave the company themselves. If such things happens to you, just ask them to leave the company first. 4. Dont go for SPL team because of the reason in previous reviews. 5. Management will try to hire top talent, by tough interview, tests etc. but they dont have capability to retain that. Because a talented student will not do manual testing or cleaning the code. 6. Some people think of themselves as BOSS of the company and try to control everyone. 7. I remember a nice guy, joined as an very experienced person, got trapped in there politics and has to Quit the job. They will simply boycot the people who are not like them.

Pros

1. Center of city 2. Work-life balance.

Cons

Technical knowledge of people are very less. They work on very good technology. But never do it properly. Pay is damn less. Too much politics. They have been working on new stack for almost 4-5 years, which is still not working. They say big data and can't manage even small data.
