Lots of mandatory overtime, and very inexperienced or professional supervisors and Plant Management. They are currently churning through Plant Leadership, and just like production staff the people in leadership positions are not always quaklified or to be trusted. Lots of gossiping and inconsistent application of rules and regulations resulting in a culture of favoritism. Plus they actually stated that they did not give a raise as big as they could because they wanted to be among the top paying companies but not the Top paying cvompany. That was a wild thing for Plant managment to say in the all Plant meeting

They haven't kept up with pay in recent years and the work went from ok to utterly brutal in the past year or so. They are bleeding people as fast as they can hire them and will attempt anything they can besides bringing the machines down to a reasonable speed or have extra people on the line to alleviate the issue.
