No Brainer Choice For Agents

Pros

90/10 commission split, TONS of quality leads, friendly and approachable leadership, solid sales training, wonderful closing coordinator who lets me focus on the big picture, mentorship program, cool office in Dilworth, personal satisfaction from helping my charity...What's not to like? I got licensed and joined the firm 8 months ago. Have had 6 closings and 3 more coming up, ALL of them from company leads.

Cons

They could offer more training on the process of real estate transactions, but leadership and fellow agents are always available to answer questions, in person or through the e-mail group.

Pros

None. Zero. Non Applicable. Terrible.

Cons

This company will only waste your time and money. I was told "Just one more week" for 3 months while they tried to get their crap together. Never received most of the training I was promised or leads. If you are an agent anywhere other than Charlotte you are screwed. Do NOT waste your time. Their leads are 600 days old. No one is responsive to emails. Onboarding team is very flakey. Very terrible communication. They are manipulative and dishonest. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & UNRELIABLE.

We were in the middle of getting rid of one lead source that wasn’t producing enough results in the Raleigh area and investing in another. Unfortunately we have no control over another company’s speed or how quickly SEO will work. You were told that would take some time to get up and running and while you waited you were given access to our lead pool to call and work any of those leads. Some could possibly have been in there for a year and a half + but how do you know they’ve already bought or sold a home? It’s never a good idea to go into business for yourself relying on other people’s leads. As for the (almost daily) training you had access to everything all of our agents do, it’s just a matter of taking the time to jump on the training calls, webinars or classes. I don’t recall seeing you in any of the 3 Luxury Sales & Marketing classes. We wish you the best in your real estate career or whatever you decide to do.

There's nothing "giving" about this place.

Pros

The office staff and several of the agents

Cons

The management expects you to do everything and tries to nickel and dime everything. You're always viewed as expendable.

The charities that we’ve given almost $1 M to wouldn’t agree with you. Although we support non-profits through volunteering, fundraising and donating money when you sell a house, we are a for profit company and can’t give everything away to the agents. We offer many free things to our agents such as training, coaching and technology. However, each agent is in business for themselves and needs to invest in their own business.
