Pros

Great platform for wholesale; working with industry best. Number driven company; I joined the company at an exiting moment, was great at the beginning; but too many changes happened to the team so lost the belonging feeling

Cons

Poor benefits and welfare. Limited career path, flat team. Mobility in LVMH generally takes too long. Besides HR is not strong

Pros

I will be honest and say I have absolutely zero pros

Cons

The worst management ever. Incredibly disorganised, does not feel like working for a luxury brand at all. Incredibly long boring hours, incredibly ugly and unfashionable uniform. No staff member had been there for longer than five months which is a huge huge red flag. No space for individuality or opinion. Overall it was an absolutely awful experience.
