Working with outdated and ancient methods. There is no automation, there is no management desire for improvement and efficiency.
Bad personal attitude from the direct manager. Excessive micro management.
Many people who have been working there for many years prefer to continue working with existing methods, instead of advancing to modern ways of working.
There is no fixed job description. Over time I was required to perform more and more tasks that are not part of the position.
Overlap was not performed as required.
The company is not growing at all.
I do not recommend working there.
