Pros

Ghost RX is a perfect place to gain exposure to the healthcare contracting business while growing professionally alongside a great group of positive minded individuals. Family-Oriented Culture, 8 Hours M-F/1 Hour Lunch Break, and benefits.

Cons

Being a small business, you cannot be afraid to get your hands dirty and do things outside of your job description. Some may see this as a pro as well, it just all depends on what you are looking for.

Pros

There is great leadership at this company. They brought in some people with lots of experience both on the staffing side and in the medical side which really makes them the total package in this industry. The company takes good care of its employees and expects dedication and hard work in return. I think that is fair. It's a work hard, play hard atmosphere. Hours are 8:30-5:30 with an hour lunch break. I've willingly worked over my hours to take care of customers and Ghost will let staff out early on Fridays or find other ways to thank us for our service. Coworkers are great. Everyone is supportive and helpful! The underlying theme of working for this company is something that I personally like. They focus on providing medical staff to Veterans Hospitals so its really a way of giving back to those who served and sacrificed for this country. It definitely doesn't hurt going to work everyday knowing that's the end game.

Cons

Benefits are good but the price is only reasonable if you are a single adult. When you start adding dependents the cost goes up a lot. I believe that is the kind of thing you see other places too and I think these types of benefits will get better as the company grows and adds to its "buying power". Personally I'm a single adult and the benefits for me are really very good. Ghost is still a "small business" when accept a job here you have to understand what it's like to work for a small business and be willing to get your hands dirty and work on things that may be a little outside your job description. If you aren't willing to learn different aspects of the business and step outside your comfort zone, you need to find a large company.
