      Pros

      Work with great people. Great pay. Great benefits.

      Cons

      Pressure to work long hours can disrupt work/life balance. Bonuses vary widely between people doing the same function. PnL is drying up and the environment is becoming political. Almost entirely new senior management in last 12 months. Passive agressive environment where you some seldom get direct feedback.

      Work with some of the best and brightest Potential to make a lot of bonus money Relaxed, Google-like work environment Generous benefits package Massages on site

      Cons

      New CEO brought in his own people from UBS so there has been a tremendous culture-shift going on. Lots of uncertainty due to the Knight merger. Communication has always been a weak point. Compensation and work life balance - their strong suits - only really exist for traders People's egos get in the way

      Smartest and friendliest people in the industry. Very open environment allows for great learning opportunities.

      Cons

      Original founders were very friendly and open to listening to employee feedback. New management brought over from UBS was awful for employees.
