      Pros

      Founders try to be engaged with employees, especially the CEO Colleagues are nice Free coffee and fruits Everyone is relatively young, and figuring things out

      Cons

      Some departments are heavily under-resourced, which results in high workload and stress. You have to learn to be vocal if not you will burn out quickly. You may run into an issue of not having a place to sit for work due to the company co-sharing the space with other companies Everyone is relatively young, and figuring things out Career progression is not carved out for you, have to plan by yourself mostly

We are a young and growing start-up, and we acknowledge certain departments may still be working on building their teams. Over the past months, we’ve ramped up hiring to make sure we can provide all departments sufficient support. On top of that, we conduct regular 1-1s with our employees to check in on their bandwidth and morale, so managers can step in early if anyone’s workload starts feeling unmanageable. We hope that this will help create a more balanced workload across teams and ensure everyone has the support they need to do their best work.       - Excellent team to work together with - Leadership really cares about the growth and well-being of employees - Amazing work-life balance and flexible working hours - Company uses tech stacks which are modern and industry standard - Be a part of the company that's making the significant and actual difference in helping the environment

      None actually. It's been great. I'm not in Singapore so I would love to visit the office and meet my team.

      - Decent office environment with comfortable desk arrangements, filled-pantries and nearby eateries - Startup environment filled with productive colleagues makes for fulfilling time spent in company, similar to any other start-up I suppose

      Cons

      - Salary on the low side - Company departments are heavily intern-driven - Operations/admins department were a mess, understandable for a start-up, wished manager could step in to help out more instead of taking on a more overseeing role.

Our interns are not hired as fillers — they work alongside full-timers, contribute to core projects, and in many cases, even lead initiatives. As of now, the majority of our team comprises full-time employees, with a small group of interns supporting key functions. We understand that operations and admin can often be challenging areas in a fast-growing start-up, but we’re proud of how far our team has come in building structure and clarity in these functions.
