      - Comfortable place to work - Supportive people, especially founders. Can ask as many question you want. - You could take an off whenever you wanted to, no questions asked. - The transition was super smooth, I had a good one month to ease into the role -

      Cons

      - It's completely online. I prefer a hybrid setup, Because then, interaction with team is minimum.
