Pros

Rewarding if you are a self-starter and don't need constant positive affirmation. You either know you are doing a quality job and are happy with your results or you are not. This is a place that appreciates those who aren't afraid to make decisions and run with them.

Cons

Not a place for slow learners or those who need to be coddled. If you aren't afraid to do something - be it right or wrong - that's better than inaction. Some people don't like the ambiguity.

Pros

Enjoyble co workers to work with. Mostly nice. It is a fun enviorment during the holiday seasons. Everyone loves Gertrude Hawk Chocolate.

Cons

Mangement is really non communicative. You learn as you go and there is no set guidlines on policy and procedure. No raises have been recieved and I have been here for a year and half.

Cons

Bad Managers and their Gossiping nonsense with their friends. Pitting others against each other, and talking behind peoples backs. They're so bored and have nothing better to do than start drama.
