      What happened ?

      Pros

      Not many to talk about anymore at one time I could go on and on.

      Cons

      The company has been taken over by people in upper management from Liberty mutual. The prior claims director was great . But now 60% of the people that helped build this company are gone. They are trying to run this company like AllState or Liberty Mutual. They are the kind of companies that don’t care about there employees. In claims you worry if you will have a job week to week.

      Good people. Ok pto. That is it.

      Where do I start? Upper management is totally clueless. The claims department has been depleted and managers cannot figure out why. Middle managers make the rules up as they go. Absolutely zero consistency, ask 5 different managers the same question, you get 5 different answers. The claims department is in total chaos. The absolute worst leadership I have ever seen in an organization. The pay structure is an absolute joke. The absolute worst thing, as an employee at Germania, you as an employ are to abide by the company core values, honesty being one of the values., and employees there do. But these values do not values do not apply to management.
