      Terrible, severally underpaid, joke!!

      Pros

      Getting to meet other people on location.

      Cons

      Pay Sucks. Shaft you on a hourly paid system ie no true day rate. No base salary. No Company Truck or Vehicle Allowance to own personal. Vacation time is a joke. based it on 40hrs worked but you truely work 84 hrs on weekly basis. but vacation based on 40 hrs pay.

      Pros

      Good start in the oilfield Good job for individuals who enjoy living and working alone Plenty of time on your hands, not alot of physical work involved.

      Cons

      Pay is not that great. Checks are decent if you work 14 days in a row at 12hrs a day but when broken down hourly, terrible. Some of the most dishonest people in management. No time at home Never know what your next paycheck will be. Could be 2,000 one check and not get another one for a couple of pay periods.
