Pros

There’s an environment of continuous learning here, so I feel very comfortable asking questions and getting help. I also think networking and building relationships is easy, and people want to stay in touch.

Cons

I don’t experience any cons.

Pros

everyone is rewarded, regardless of how hard you work flexible office hours if you get your work done company-provided vehicle hard to get fired ; basically impossible for at least 2 years

Cons

culture is not results driven, but feelings driven salary and benefits lag the overall market overworked and underpaid personnel workload is not evenly shared across the office storm response is mandatory (16+ hour days, no breaks for weeks) management is EXTREMELY layered, and most have no experience software and processes are cumbersome and outdated no transferrable skills are learned, like Excel or SAP people are intermarried in the company (you have to be related to move up)
