      The product is amazing and the team working on it is always improving things. Mini CEO culture provides a really healthy work-life balance

      Pros

      Amazing people to work with both in a professional and personal way. Your ideas are taken into account. Very fast paced so learning is a constant. The technology is top-notch and you have the opportunity to work transversely across teams.

      Cons

      None that I can think about. Note that this environment is not for everyone, you must be very motivated upon challenges and take joy and pride in problem solving, otherwise this might not be your place.
