The mentality is reminiscent of a junior high lunch table. Management coddles friends & family who are employees. (Turning blind eye to; hourly cigarette breaks, allowing children to be in the lab all day, or playing on the internet.) Women and anyone who is not white, will be treated in a substandard way. Sexism and racism are rampant within this company. I heard too many off-colored remarks while employed. Extremely close-minded with poor treatment for anyone who isn’t a white male. Company will dishonesty over-promise to hire, and once hired, placed in a position with no advancement. The newer management can be likened to a fraternity- your popularity will influence your position, not your capabilities. Management simply does not have the skills to handle staff, and it’s glaringly obvious.
