1. Great work life balance . 2. Friendly Management 3. Friendly Colleagues 4. Good quality of projects in all new and trending technologies.
Cons
No Cons I found so far but sometimes you have to work on different technologies than your specialty as well. Cons only if you want to work only on your preferred technology . I like working on new and trending technologies so it's not an issue for me.
