      Benefits are average for Ann Arbor

      CEO takes micro management to another level. He believes himself to be a sales and marketing expert, so wants to make every decision. The problem is what he knows worked back in the '90s, but is no longer relevant today. I cannot imagine any sales or marketing person who wants any sort of say or anyone to learn from to want to work for this person.

      We take feedback very seriously, but we have no record of a team member with this title and location in our company history. The content of this review is not in regard to the company, but instead is a personal attack.       Marketing Coordinator at Genomenon

      Pros

      Flexible hours, great office, awesome management, very organized. It is a start up so work is fast paced and changes a lot. This keeps things interesting, this company is disrupting the entire Genomic field and it's such an experience to come in every single day and find out what we are doing next and how our work is helping people all over the world. I know this company will go far and to be here early at the forefront is truly a special thing.

      None, the office dynamic is very open and relaxed. The work we do is challenging but is always interesting.

      People outside of upper management. Organizations mission

      Cons

      Overworked and severely underpaid. Asked to do more than what I was hired for without compensation. Lack of transparency in decision making and finances. Managers lack management training and the ability to communicate effectively.
