      Pros

      Where to start? The management, starting from the very top with the CEO (Robert), is fantastic. As far as employers go, they should be the gold standard! Incredibly understanding, patient, and most of all, eager to help you grow as both an employee and as a person. Robert has gone above and beyond teaching me about the world of crypto since I began working at Genitrust. At times it feels like I'm being paid to learn, which is pretty amazing, frankly. I have nothing but good things to say about this company and it's CEO/management. The company has a clear vision of what it wants to be and is always looking forward. It's pretty great to be a part of something like that.
