No real policies in place. Some employees are very invested in the company while others are not. Poor training. Office politics. CYA is crucial. Difficult dealing with the company being located in France sine HR, IT etc. are all in France the time difference is difficult.
Good pay and benefits, notably 100% employer paid health, dental & eye insurances.

Office politics galore. Staff with noted personality & performance issues given a pat on the back, while hardworking and non self-promoting employees pick up the slack (& blame, when projects not delivered on time).
