Management doesn't manage. When you have a concern and voice it, they hear it but don't do anything about it. They favor the "elite" employees and think no one sees it, but everyone does. No room for growth.

Management has no short term or long term plans (that they stick to). Communication across the board is non-existent. Virtually no innovation happening. No feeling of team or family -- it's everyone for themselves. Company gives no clue to its yearly performance, but bonuses are tied to performance, so expect zero bonus and be happy if you get 10K. No reason to believe company performance will improve year over year. Employees can't be trusted to be adults about vacation time or work from home days, hence an inflexible work-from-home policy.
